Evening Entertainment:  
The RMGSDC would like to treat all of the vendors, show exhibitors and guests to the much talked about but never duplicated dinner extravaganza, Saturday night.  This gala has been the highlight of many exhibitors weekend.  This function takes place at the host hotel in the Great Room and Patio.  The RMGSDC host the event with marinated grilled meats, home made foods, beer and wine (not whine).  Plan to attend, a great time will be had by everyone.

You must book your room directly with hotel by Sept 2, after that date our unreserved rooms go back to the public.  Our rate may still available to you after Sept 2, but rooms will be first come first serve. 

Cancellation of room reservations:  72 hours in advance, otherwise a one night room charge will be incurred.
